Can I pay by money order?
Yes, we do accept money orders. When you place your order, specify money order for payment method. Your order confirmation will include our address for mailing your money order. And thank you for your purchase!
 
 
 
Can I buy supplies without creating an account?
Yes! We will send you an order confirmation by email. We will also send an email when your order is shipped. If you create an account, you can track your order status, review previous orders and print invoices. But, you do NOT have to create an account in order to buy supplies. Thank you for your purchase!
 
 
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept money orders. And thank you for your purchase!
 
 
 
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged automatically right after you place your order. This minimizes the amount of time that your credit card information is stored anywhere. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will refund your credit card when your order is processed.
 
 
 
When do you process and ship orders?
Orders placed before 1:00pm, Eastern on business days (Monday - Friday) will be processed and prepared for shipping on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm, Eastern on business days (Monday - Friday) will be processed and prepared for shipping on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and prepared for shipping on the next business day.
 
 
 
Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your holiday shipping schedule?
Orders will not ship or be delivered on New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
 
 
 
When do you process orders for shipment?
Orders placed before 1:00pm, Eastern on business days (Monday - Friday) will be processed and prepared for shipping on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm, Eastern on business days (Monday - Friday) will be processed and prepared for shipping on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and prepared for shipping on the next business day. Please also check to see if any holiday shipping schedules apply.  
 
 
 
Do you ship to Alaska or to Hawaii?

Yes, we will ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Packages under 10 pounds will ship US Priority Mail for $7.50. Packages over 10 pounds will incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you prior to shipping. Express Mail usually take 2 days and rates will vary. We will contact you with the shipping rates. Thank you for your orders!
 
 
 
Will you ship to post office boxes, APO or FPO addresses or Puerto Rico?
Yes, we do. Thank you for your purchase!
 
 
 
Does Next Day delivery mean that orders will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday?
No, sorry! Next Day delivery means delivery on the Next Business Day. We also offer a Saturday Delivery option. We do not have a Sunday Delivery option.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We have shipped packages outside the United States.
We will determine the actual shipping charges based on destination and package weight and contact you with the amount.  With your approval we will rebill your credit card for the shipping charges and ship your package.

We generally use US Postal Service Global Priority mail. Please note that delivery takes 6 - 10 business days. Your country's customs processing may also add to delivery time.

Please note that delivery services consider some items to be flammable (adhesive removers, aerosols, alcohol prep pads for example) and will not accept them for air shipment.
